1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ihtogel ("Platform"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content available on the ihtogel.app website and the official ihtogel mobile app.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ihtogel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable laws, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure that participation in online gaming activities is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ihtogel platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Register only one (1) account per individual, IP address, device, or household.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not appearing on any restriction or prohibition list imposed by any relevant authority.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account.

Ihtogel reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to comply with verification requests within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Account Management

Your ihtogel account is exclusively for your personal use. You are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party. Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account, including any losses arising from failure to keep login credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including agents or fellow users.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately.

Ihtogel will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account. However, we are committed to responding promptly to any security reports received.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the ihtogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ihtogel supports a variety of secure and fast local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users.

• Accepted deposit methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Deposits are processed instantly and credited directly to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the current limits displayed in the platform's deposit section.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days after verification.

Ihtogel does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party service terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ihtogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance the user experience. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback each carry different wagering requirements.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period – expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6 Game Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

Users of the ihtogel platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities that may compromise platform integrity, the safety of other users, or violate the law:

• Use automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing illegal activities, or conducting any suspicious transactions through the platform.
• Registering an account using a false identity, stolen information, or forged documents.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain wins unfairly.
• Exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities found in the system – users must report any such issues to the support team immediately.
• Intimidate, threaten, or harass ihtogel staff or other users through any communication channel on the platform.

8 Privacy & Personal Data

• Ihtogel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
• Ihtogel's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
• Ihtogel is not responsible for any disruptions caused by external factors such as network failures, internet service outages, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

10 Account Closure

Users may close their ihtogel account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the established procedures.

Ihtogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any terms in this document.
• The user provides false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• The user violates applicable local laws relating to online gambling.

In the event of a verified account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and all necessary adjustments have been made. ihtogel is not obligated to refund winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms.

11 Changes to Terms

Ihtogel reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via:
